Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 3 to 4 cooked and mashed bacon strips
  • 8 ounces Water Chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • Half cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 cup green grapes cut into pieces.
  • 2 tablespoons of dried parsley
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • lemon juice, 2 tablespoons
  • Ground Ginger (according to taste)
  • Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Take a dish and mix the chicken, grapes, bacon, celery, and water chestnuts. Take another large bowl, and combine the other ingredients. Now, mix both mixtures together very well. Refrigerate it for 2 to 3 hours. Serve it.

 

Sweet, Sticky, and Spicy Chicken

Sweet Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sliced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 3 tablespoons sauce
  • 3 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts- cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Take a small dish and combine honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sauce. Set aside. Now, sprinkle salt and pepper to the chicken pieces. Fry the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. Mix the sauce with chicken and stir them for 10 to 12 minutes. Chicken is ready to bite.
