Dry Hair Properly
Avoid hair drier. It causes hair damages. Try to dry your hair naturally. After taking a shower, let your hair drip to drain out access water. Use clean and soft towels to soak up your hair. Avoid rubbing wet hair since it causes damages and hair loss. After soaking up hair, wrap the towel around your head and leave it for five to 10 minutes. Never tie wet hair.
Do not comb wet hair. If you need to brush damp hair, then be gentle as much as you can. Hair brushing is essential, but excessive brushing can damage a lot. Comb your hair twice a day. Be gentle when combing. Try to use comb which is appropriate for your hair.
Nourish Your Scalp
To get healthy hair, you have to take care of your scalp also. Try to get a hair treatment once a week. You do not need to go to the salon for this. You can make a hair pack with your kitchen ingredients. Make a hair mask with egg, curd and mustard oil. This mask will help you to get healthy and smooth hair. Avocado and peppermint oil is also useful for your hair. A mixture of olive oil, coconut oil and egg can speed up your hair growth.
Above all, you have to follow a healthy diet. Foods contain vitamin, minerals, and protein is a secret of healthy hair. Avoid frequent coloring your hair and also heat exposure. Style your hair naturally. Avoid using hair sprays since chemicals are not suitable for your hair. Go as much natural as you can, and this is the biggest secret to having healthy and shiny hair.
