Unknowingly we are repeating some error every single day that is making our hair oily. Consider these hair care blunders that can get you on the right track.
Over washing
You wash your hair daily to clean the grease. Unintentionally, you are damaging your hair. Frequent shampooing dries out your scalp and triggers oil production. That does not mean you have to ban shampoo from your life. If you stop shampooing your hair, it will also make your hair greasy. Try to wash your hair 2 to 3 days a week.
Conditioning Inappropriately
Many of us do use conditioner regularly without knowing how to use it properly. Conditioning is an essential part of hair care, but it is not meant to use in the scalp. Always use conditioner in your hair but not in your scalp. It will cause hair fall and also, make your hair oily.
Over Brushing
Brushing is a must for hair. It prevents your hair from frizzing. Also, it promotes blood circulation that makes your hair healthy but over brushing is harmful to your hair. Too much brushing can stimulate oil production. If you have obsessive hair brushing habit, you know what is right for you.
Dirty Hair Brush
Dirty hair brush can transfer dirt and oil to your hair. You should wash your hairbrush on a regular basis. Try to clean it once every 2 to 3 weeks. Never use brushes that are used by others.
Touching Hair Too Often
Avoid touching your hair too often. It can transfer dirt and oil from hands to hair. Also, don’t let others touch your hair.
Using Wrong Hair Care Product
Using lots of hair care product is not a possible solution for your any hair problem. You have to choose them according to your hair type. Using wrong hair care product will harm your hair. Be careful about picking up hair care product.
Last but not the least, use natural hair mask that will help you cleans your grease. Also, be natural with your hair as much as you can. Stopping repeating these mistakes listed above might help you to get back your shiny hair.
