Relax your body and avoid unnecessary movement that will make your eye pack fell. After you use, leave it for 20 minutes. Then wash it off gently with milk and water.

To make a tomato eye toner, mix the lemon juice and fresh tomato juice. Then massage the eye areas using this tomato toner. Leave it for 20 minutes. Then wash with coconut water. You can use this daily until the dark under your eyes becomes light in the shade.

Preparation

  • At first, boil water.  Add garlic powder and hot pepper sauce to it. Add the carrots and mushrooms to the water. Give it a cook for five minutes.
  • Add okra, wild rice, and chicken cubes cook on low heat for three hours.
  • After that add the spiral pasta, and again cook for ten minutes.  Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish it with green onions. Chicken Gumbo Soup is ready to serve.

  • 3 boiled eggs, cubed
  • half cucumber, chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely sliced

  2.  Now, mix most of the ingredients-potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, tomato, cucumber, onion, celery, and other ingredients in a bowl. Combine the ingredients properly.  Sprinkle salt and pepper to it according to your taste. Your Potato salad is ready.
